Admission

We offer admission in Classes Pre- Nursery to Class-XII against available vacancies. Assessment for admission is conducted twice, first time in February and second time in last week of March. Assessment is conducted in English, Hindi, Mathematics and S.ST.

School Term

The Academic Year is divided into 4 Terms with summer and Winter Holidays.

Curriculum

The school offers education from Pre-Nursery to Class-XII. A student is prepared for senior school certificate examination conducted by the central board of secondary education accepted by our Indian universities which entails 12 years of school education prior to admission to a college. An indigenously designed curricular is followed at the primary school level and a unique self learning curricular at the Pre-Primary level. The school curriculum both for Pre-Primary and Primary wing of the school is designed and integrated with learning and understanding pedagogy.

2. The school is an active member of British Council, Trinity College London, Centre for education development, Indo Canadian chamber of commerce to mention a few that school.
3. DPS is associated with Vox- Pupli, AIMUN, UNISON, Extra marks,etc. Under which students are sent to the other members school across India to participate in Sports, Debate, Quiz, Round Table discussion and other Events.
4. The school is an active member of Jammu Sohodya -A forum of CBSE affiliated School under which various sports and co-curricular activities & competitions are organized.
